Vivid Dreamer
Since I was a child, I’ve been deeply curious about the meanings of my dreams and how they can leave such a distinct emotional impression on me upon waking. I had gotten the sense that dreams are more than my brain processing information from the day prior so I intuitively began documenting my dream experiences to piece together their hidden messages.
‘Vivid Dreamer’ was a turning point in dream and art practices in which I began painting my dreams as a way to deepen my relationship with them and expand my understanding of how and what they are communicating with me. In this particular dream I was visited by larger-than-life light beings that took the shape of having various flying eyeballs. As they surrounded me I began to be able to perform magic. When I woke up I was amazed at the imagery that I had seen and was filled with inspiration days later to bring my dreams to life on canvas. Seeing these alien eyes awakened something in me that set me on a path to study the dream realm, gain deeper understanding of self, and healing and share what I’ve learned with you.
Your dreams are a dialogue from the depths of your inner self and if you listen closely, they can be used as a tool to unearth truths and receive messages from within.
